All naag4 account holders must be a minimum of 21 years of age. You must be the legal owner of any payment method used on the platform. naag4 reserves the right to request CNIC or passport verification at any time to confirm eligibility.
Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are accepted in PKR. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. naag4 reserves the right to apply identity verification checks before authorising any withdrawal request.
All naag4 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or bonus misuse across household or IP, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
Each player may hold only one naag4 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. naag4 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not observed by the account holder.
naag4 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Using these tools does not release you from existing financial obligations to naag4. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are binding for the minimum period selected.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse, money laundering, and any attempt to exploit technical errors in naag4 systems are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by naag4's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and naag4. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the subject matter falls exclusively within the scope of the Privacy Policy.
3.1 Eligibility Requirements. To open and maintain an Account on the naag4 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the naag4 Platform. Holding multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances pending a full investigation.
3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. naag4 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where information provided at registration is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.
3.4 KYC Verification. naag4 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request KYC documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and ownership of payment methods. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a government-issued passport. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3.5 Minors. The use of the naag4 Platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. naag4 employs age verification controls at registration and prior to withdrawal. Any Account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds within it will be returned to the verified payment source after deduction of any bonuses received.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify naag4 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. naag4 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account use where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.
4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the naag4 Platform is adequately protected against malware, spyware, and unauthorised access. naag4 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account to provide an additional layer of security.
4.4 Shared Devices. naag4 strongly advises against accessing your Account from shared or public devices. If you must do so, you must ensure you log out completely upon ending your session and do not allow the device to save your credentials.
5.1 Accepted Methods. naag4 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. naag4 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the naag4 cashier page at the time of transaction. These minimums may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
5.3 Ownership of Payment Methods. All payment methods used to deposit funds on the naag4 Platform must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Processing Times. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your naag4 Account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your Account depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). naag4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies through the Pakistani cashier.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: naag4 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. Deposits that appear inconsistent with a Player's stated profile, or that exhibit patterns associated with money laundering or financial crime, will be flagged, held, and reported to the relevant authorities as required by naag4's AML obligations.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be processed to verified Accounts. naag4 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods previously used to fund the Account or, where that is not possible, to a verified bank account in the Player's own name.
6.2 Processing Times. naag4 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one business day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the naag4 cashier page at the time of the request. naag4 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
6.4 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Only the real-money portion of a mixed Balance (real money plus bonus) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold being met.
6.5 Withdrawal Suspension. naag4 may suspend withdrawal processing if it has reason to believe that the Account is subject to a dispute, investigation, or potential fraudulent activity. naag4 will notify the Player of any such suspension and the reason for it where legally permissible to do so.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by naag4 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In all cases, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general bonus provisions. Where a specific term is silent, these general provisions shall apply.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any winnings generated from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and contributing game categories are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, email address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. naag4 reserves the right to limit, withdraw, or reclaim bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the promotional system.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements are subject to an expiry period stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds not utilised, or Wagering Requirements not completed, within the stated expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.
7.5 naag4's Right to Modify. naag4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has already claimed a bonus and that bonus is subsequently modified, the terms applicable at the time of claim shall continue to govern that specific bonus.
8.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the naag4 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant win games — operate using independently certified random number generator (RNG) software. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term payout for each game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
8.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on naag4 — including cricket, PSL, international T20, UFC, snooker, and all other offered markets — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the naag4 betting rules section. naag4 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle any bet at its sole discretion where the integrity of the market is in question or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
8.3 Obvious Errors. In the event that a game result, bet settlement, or bonus credit is the product of a clear technical or human error, naag4 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and restore the Account to its correct position. naag4 is under no obligation to honour winnings derived from an obvious error.
8.4 Stake Limits. naag4 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any game, market, or event at any time. Players who are identified as professional gamblers, arbitrage bettors, or systematic advantage players may have individualised stake limits applied to their Account.
8.5 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or active slot spin, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. naag4 is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues outside its direct control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the naag4 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
All content on the naag4 Platform — including but not limited to the naag4 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of naag4 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of naag4.
11.1 No Warranty. The naag4 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. naag4 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, naag4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Where naag4 is found liable to a Player for direct loss arising from Platform use, the maximum aggregate liability of naag4 to that Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that naag4 does not guarantee winnings. By using the Platform, you confirm that any amounts deposited and wagered are discretionary funds that you can afford to lose.

13.1 Closure by Player. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting naag4 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements.
13.2 Closure by naag4. naag4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where naag4 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
13.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue in full force and effect.
naag4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, naag4 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or on-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated.
Your continued use of the naag4 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under naag4's internationally recognised gaming licence framework.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and naag4, you should first contact naag4 customer support to seek an informal resolution. naag4 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and in good faith. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under naag4's gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding.
15.3 Limitation Period. Any claim or dispute arising from the use of the naag4 Platform must be submitted within six months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted outside this limitation period will not be accepted.
